This was a question that came up a while ago and it was something I was certain was obvious to anyone who would be around me after whatever it was that had happened to me: blast of light, lightening strike, rocket engines taking off, take your pick of what “that” thing was that happened on that fateful day that left you in deep mystery about what had happened.  Well it was kundalini, that’s what.  I was asked if this energy was obvious to others and it triggered an old memory I had those first few weeks after my awakening. And the answer is no.  Those not awake will not feel your energy.  Okay, mostly. Sometimes they can.  Alright, that didn’t sound very clear, did it?

Clearly, no one was feeling my energy. I literally thought that I had a giant neon sign over my head that first month after the energy raised.  I really felt exactly that way until I realized, no, no one was picking up on this!  What a relief!

Except that as time went on, I began to see clusters of curious behavior that suggested that some people, not everyone, was feeling something. I wasn’t sure at first, so I did what I always do: I sat back and observed to see if I could gather enough data on the subject that would inform me more one way or the other.  All of this took a while, it didn’t happen overnight.  So the answer here is that in some cases, yes, some people can.  Mostly, they don’t. Clear as mud?  Read on.

This is why it may be that you might want to be aware of this when or if someone starts acting weird around you.  It seems that there is a range of reactions in my experience.  It tends to be either a bliss response (or approaching that-say an unusual attraction or enthusiasm in your direction) or the opposite, which could present itself along the lines of anger, upset, frustration, and fear.  I am telling you this because it has been an observation of mine and it might help to clarify some odd instances of how some people will react to you.  I have had both.  I really wish that it was more nuanced, but in my experience it usually isn’t, at least for me.  People here are not mature enough to know how to deal with the energy that could catalyze their own flow of prana in themselves.  I am hopeful that this trend will change and I think that if it is going to change, now would be the time in our history that it would do so (fingers crossed).  To do this, I think that we need people who are more accepting and surrendered in their lives.

In The Garden1

In my garden…

I think that the best thing to always do is to remain neutral when it happens.  Someone is responding to something in you a certain way and my sense is that it can move them to extremes.  I now prefer to keep my bliss to myself and not have hitchikers or hijackers along for the ride. For those who act more peaceful and give me that look that tells me they are spellbound, I have to realize that they aren’t spellbound by me at all, they are actually responding to their own insides and how it makes them feel.  Yes, in some cases they may think it is coming form me, and in a sense they are right, but what they feel as a result of that actually has more to do with their own capacity to feel what they are capable of when it comes to a flow of prana and the bliss it can bring.  In short, when someone is feeling prana that might be attributed to me they are feeling it in their own world on their own.  It is like how we are all breathing the same air.  Is the air me? Is it you?  Well now perhaps you can see how silly it might be to think the air comes from someone like myself or anyone for that matter.

I will add one caveat to all of this, which is that you can project this energy to a person. The energy body is not limited to location, and this is why people can do reiki atunements, or why the power of prayer can make sudden changes in outcomes.  We can send energy to people, yes, it is true, but I don’t know that we really know everything there is to know about how this even works from an energy standpoint, we just knows that it can and does work. Are we sending energy or are we communicating with that person’s own higher self or energy body and they accept the idea that there is more energy available to them?  I say this in the way I do because it is like me bringing you a bucket of water that I just filled from a boundless ocean just fifty feet away from us.  Do you see what I mean by that? Am I actually sending energy or am I sending the suggestion that more energy could be available to them, and because they pick up on it, they do….and they do this based on my own thought of sending X amount of energy to them? And who knows, it could be a bit of both.  I really wish we were further along in our study of this energy than we are.  I suppose we could set up experiments to make some important determinations about how this all works. Okay, I know, you probably think I am just splitting hairs, here.  You might be right, but this is what I think about because I have always taken this attempt at being objective and asking lots of questions that maybe most don’t think to ask, but might be worth looking into if only for curiosities’ sake.

The best thing to my mind is to always bring it back to the person so they don’t focus on you as the source when these odd interactions happen.  There are gentle ways that you can do this and it all has to do with intention.  If they can feel the vibe then they can also pick up, perhaps subconsciously, your intention which might be that while you might inspire the energy, the energy is theirs.  If there is a conversation, keep bringing the talk back to how great it is that they are feeling what they feel and how it is something that they are doing and how great is that?  I have had people ask me if I was doing something to them.  I said each time that no, I was not doing something to them.  Instead, I would say, I was just serving as inspiration, nothing more.  I think this is correct and also keeps everything appropriate.  People can get hung up on the small truth and not be able to see the bigger truth that is looming.

I went through a period, a very definite one, where I was literally turning heads.  This started to happen when I was myself at peace with the energy flowing through me.  I just let it flow and didn’t worry about it. As a result, I felt so much better.  It was a breakthrough for me, actually.  I was able to embrace the inherent sensuality of the experience without feeling like I needed to tamp it down or feel shame about it. Its odd to think that I once felt shame about something so incredible, but I did.  But once that was being released,  and this happened quite suddenly in my life, I noticed how all of a sudden I would have these really quite comical things happen to me with the people around me.  It was the double-take or the rubberneck effect as I think of it. Maybe you have experienced this.  I might be walking down the street or driving in my car and I would see these people craning their necks to look at me.  In many cases these were people looking in my general direction with a look like they were trying to find something.  I had many instances where a woman would walk past me and would turn on her heel to scan the street in my direction as soon as she passed me, with a looks like she was trying to find something but had no idea what it was she as looking for, only to give up and keep walking. It was worth a giggle or two, yes.  I knew it wasn’t me, it was the energy.  If it had only happened once or twice it would not have meant much to me, but it was happening multiple times a day during a particular period in my process.

I have also experienced the dark side of what this energy can do to people.  I knew two people who quite literally wanted to destroy me because of it.  Both behaved nearly identically and instead of being able to part as friends, they had to demonize me just to move forward.  I also saw that as I removed blocked energy one ex would go into fits of rage within a 12 hour period of each block that I removed.  I have written about this before on the blog.  I counted nine times in a row where I had released blocked material and the person I was with would go into this rage meltdown each time within about a 12 hour period each and every time.  It continued to happen, but nine times in a row was enough for me to make a causal connection to what was happening.  There was NOTHING that I did to cause the person to go into a rage meltdown.  It was always something that she had somehow procured within herself as the source of the problem.  You just never knew who she was going to focus her rage at at any given time.  So there is that.  Usually in these cases, in my experience, there is always some kind of resistance in the person that precludes them from embracing whatever this seemingly disruptive energy means for them on a personal level.

People who are resistant to change will tend I think (just my own opinion thus far) to go into the negative range of expression or reaction.  Either you realize this and seek to engender a more compassionate understanding and patient approach with encouragement, or you just leave well enough alone.  In my case, I knew that nothing I could do would amount to any substantive change in their reaction.  And it is just that-a reaction-so don’t beat yourself up about it. It really isn’t about you.  It is very easy to hop on their karmic merry-go-round and then get caught up in their own pattern, which can be very hard for you.  It is sometimes better to leave well enough alone.

Those are my two cents on the matter. I think that if you yourself go in the direction of using it to your advantage, this will only result in bad karma, so please don’t do that.  Let it be what it is, a sign, an indication, but nothing more.

There is another instance where your own energy is affecting another person and this is what I would call the twin experience.  Some call it twin flames or twin souls or rays, take your pick. In this case, two people have become effectively entangled in their soul energy where a significant degree of telepathy is involved. These in my experience have always been karmic in nature even though those who have been so affected will hold out for this being something divine. While it leads to our divinity, it is a connection to the soul-self which operates under a very different sort of premise than the self in time and space (in this lifetime).  As a result, there is an overpowering draw to that person that goes beyond mere location and transcends the physical senses. It feels significant, and it is, but it is what happens when two people become connected, and it is always because of karma.  If anyone can illustrate situations where there is no karma whatsoever in one of these connections, I would like to learn more about that case because I have yet to see an instance where karma is not involved as the trigger into the experience.  It isn’t that I am narrow minded, it is that I have looked and observed and experienced this phenomenon and at no point have I found a compelling reason to say that this is a horse of a different color beyond karma being one important element in kicking off the connection.  So I am open to having my mind changed, I just haven’t seen it happen yet.

These are unusual instances and are unique to the two people involved, although there are many cases where once someone has had one connection, they may wind up with another, or several.  Again, all have karmic material at its foundation. That isn’t to say it is bad, not at all.  It does present challenges, though, very real ones, and you should be aware of this.  It can lead to loving their soul but having real challenges that are nearly diametrically opposed to that soul which feels perfect to you about who that person is in their present life. This leads to a conundrum for people in relationships like this.  It is, to my mind, a call to learning how to step into the soul-self in a more embodied and authentic way.  This takes real work to do and it can take a lot of time and requires a lot of patience.  The soul, though, will always seem beyond your reach in this lifetime for the simple reason that it does not exist in time, but rather projects parts of itself into time in order to become flesh.  In so doing, there is a new version of the soul created with a personality and a body, all of which were chosen in order to hopefully achieve certain specific goals. The soul does not appear to have any of this. It just IS.  I suspect this is why we reincarnate in the first place, which is to work through things that the soul cannot in its no-time-space state.  There is a song that says, “In heaven, nothing ever happens at all…” and there is a certain truth to this.  How do you have things happen when there is no time or space?  Where is there to go when you can be aware of being potentially everywhere and everywhen?  It seems the soul needs these projections in order to focus itself more narrowly, to take on roles, conditions, and the mask of personality in order to work through certain dramas central to its needs and concerns, whatever those might be.

Those are my two cents on the phenomenon, and it isn’t to strip it of its meaning or importance, only to leaven it with what I think is an important ingredient so that we don’t have a blindside to some important aspects of the experience.  There might just be a very real reason why you react and respond to the Other the way that you do especially when it is a negative reaction.  That bit of resistance that you are feeling is pointing out  the work you need to do most likely. I think this is the only way these unions will ever see a significant level of peace within them, which is to say they could be a call to change, real substantive change.  Otherwise, you will be caught up in the maelstrom of your own triggers, all karmic in their foundation, and it is possible you will be something like those people I discuss earlier who would go into melt-down after melt-down.  If you have had an experience along these lines, I am all ears (and eyes).  I am open to learning more, so if you have something to add, I would love to hear about it.

Blessings, P.

Restless Leg Syndrome is a condition that many people experience. It can be a distracting sensation, which is often a desire to shake or move their legs, although there are other symptoms that are also part of this syndrome. Because of my posts on leg chakras, some readers have wondered if there is a connection between our vital energy (prana or chi) and restless leg syndrome. I have begun to wonder about it myself as a result of reading comments from readers.

While I cannot say for certain, what I can say is that there are a few coincidental elements that might connect the two. If there is, it will most likely be related to how blocked energy can be present in the legs. What I mean by this is that it has been known that for whatever reason, there appears to be a connection between past repressed emotion and certain places in the body that will seem to store that energy until it is released, which generates emotional relief for those who do this kind of work. I will say, however, that while I have myself experienced hundreds of these releases of stored emotional energy and understand the many ways that it can be released, I have not made a clear connection between that and RLS. What I do know is how much harder it is to release the blocked energy in the legs. I suspect that because of their distance from the core of the body that their energetic potential is different, perhaps less intense, and as a result, more difficult to bring changes in the same way that are seen in the core or torso region where the “larger” more powerful chakras as located.

The thing about the chakra system and the vital energy system in general is that it is not an entirely physical system. This energy system, while appearing a lot like nerve channels to those who can sense them, are not physical in the way that nerves or the vascular system is. It is one reason why modern science does not take the subject seriously despite the fact that the Chinese have carefully mapped out these energetic lines throughout the body with such specificity that their mapping has brought us the meridian system that is used for acupuncture and acupressure therapies that hospitals often use because they have found that they work for certain conditions. They don’t pretend to know why it works, only that it does and because this is minimally invasive, they use it. Additionally, in India, this same system was also mapped out and are instead called “nadi” instead of “meridian.” The nadi were known to house blocked or stored emotion and the ladder of yoga as it is referred to often details exercises intended to dislodge this blocked material from the nadi system. But it is the very same thing as the Chinese system, but with the addition of the chakras, which are described as being like wheels, and all sorts of illustrations have been made down through the centuries to help people to visualize them (like lotus or other flower forms for instance). While the Indian system does not appear to identify the points along the meridians that the Chinese use for needling in acupuncture in order to open up blocked energy pathways, neither does the Chinese system conceive or acknowledge a wheel-like vortex called a chakra either. I suspect that this is a cultural difference, and may also be attributed to what the adepts were doing, an outcome of their abilities and their focus when it came to subtle energy like prana or chi.

That said, being able to divest this energy that is stored from the body has as its end result in helping to release the stored burden upon the psyche or of the self. It is liberating to do this work, and it has the effect of shifting the physical chemistry in a long-term fashion of the body, which has positive effects on physical and mental health.

Consider if you have stored fear or anxiety, psychologists know that this stored or repressed memory has a recursive nature that can stay with a person their whole life if the issue isn’t dealt with. Every time that the person is triggered, so too is a burst of adrenaline or norepinephrine released, which puts the body into a pitched flight-like mode which most associate with fear. If allowed to be triggered often, the body wears under such a condition and disease of a degenerative nature could creep in if this trigger is, exercised often. The body does best in stasis or a balanced state.

What medical science has to say on the subject is best summed up by this article about a potential breakthrough in understanding the physiology of the condition which was published in November 2018 in Science Daily:

This new research indicates that the involuntary leg movements in RLS are caused by increased excitability of the nerve cells that supply the muscles in the leg, which results in an increased number of signals being sent between nerve cells.

Targeting the way messages are sent between nerve cells to reduce the number of messages to normal levels may help prevent the symptoms of RLS occurring. This could be achieved by new drugs that block the ion channels that are essential for the communication between nerve cells.

The research conducted by the University of Gottingen in conjunction with the University of Sydney and Vanderbilt University involved measuring the nerve excitability of motor nerve cells of patients suffering with RLS and healthy subjects.

The next step is to investigate the effect of different medications in patients and the effect on RLS.

SOURCE: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2018/11/181114234848.htm

If RLS can be attributed to chi in the body, then a treatment will most often be more of a bandaid, a therapy that would likely never change the condition itself, but would bring relief through taking a chemical into the body that aids in the ionic actions that the quote describes. While it may be possible that vital force of chi/prana could have a role to play in stimulating RLS chemistry in the body, it could prove helpful to investigate alternative therapies before using chemistry.

So is there any relief produced using acupuncture or variants of it? It turns out that it has been used. The following article, while technical, provides the point locations used in a therapy and could be reproduced with a skilled acupuncture therapist. I will note that the article describes both acupuncture and what they call “acuinjection” of a synthetic dopamine-like compound (from the look of it) into the acupuncture point. Anyway, it may be worth reading to learn more about this technique. It can be found here:

In this article the result was that an extensive study did not return a conclusive result.

I hope that this helps those who have inquired about this topic. I had hoped to have had an opportunity to speak with a noted energy healer while on the Hawaiian islands in March, but we wound up not covering this topic before the trip ended. My hope is that I will be seeing this healer again but this time in California before too much longer and will see if I can make a video of the encounter. Since uncertainty with Covid continues, no specific date is set, but it has been a topic of our discussion but we were so busy that we had trouble fitting it in on our last meeting. Hopefully I will be able to put something up in the next few months.

I see people who write about “forecasts” for energy and development within “the collective.” While I have been able to read energy of people and locations long before awakening came along, I have tended to feel like these “collective ideas” have generally missed the mark for the simple fact (most likely) that they are describing their experience instead of actually reading the collective. I say this because if the assessments made are to be correct, then the writing would apply to me since I am part of that collective. Most often these do not apply to me at all and seem much more likely to be one person describing their present state of development and wanting it to apply to the rest of us so the label is put on it and off we go.

I contend that observable phenomenon is of vast importance when it comes to knowing whether one is accurate or not. I spent a year comparing my energy perceptions with another seer when I first began seeing auras in 1984. Many hundreds of times I would have my friend to read someone’s aura that I had already read to make sure that what we were seeing was “of a piece.” In 99% of all attempts, this was entirely accurate, which gave me a reasonable assurance that my inner senses weren’t just making it all up. This process was done in a blind fashion in order that the control did not know what my results had been moments before.

My instinct to do this has been born out over decades and has helped me to inderstand a phenomenon that can elude most researchers and casual observers. I have seen instances in my own experience where a person I once knew claimed to know what was going on with me and went on to describe vivid recollections and experiences which she was utterly convinced were dead-on accurate, citing the aphorism “energy doesn’t lie.” The only problem was the information she told me she knew about me was in some instances 100% inaccurate. I say “in some cases ” because there were some isolated instances where she got closer to the truth, but even then it was off by a significant amount. When I scanned what she was doing I got that she was not sufficiently clear of her own inner junk to be a clear enough chanbel through which to see the insides of things. This work takes lifetimes, and the number of truly gifted psychics is an illustration of just how few attain this on the earthly plane. Most, I suspect, attain this after leaving the cycle of reincarnation.

I have a friend who is one of these “clear windows” who realky can see things clearly without distorting the data. In this case, I have had hundreds of instances of being able to show how this psychic can literally pluck information out of the air accurately and consistently. And? When I scan her everytime I get this awareness of the sheer amount of time she has dedicated to honing her skills into “gifts” which appear to me as having emerged over many lifetimes. Her lifetime now is a remarkable example of how she has chosen to come in with little to no filters in place.

For myself, it has been helpful to see the contrast in these two people. Both do healing work, but in one case my friend works miracles on a daily basis for people. In the case of my misinterpreting friend, there is more evidence of turbulence, attracting clients with the same remaining issues that she has yet to resolve. One is clear, and one is not. One is at one end of the spectrum from the other. One is lijely just stepping into the waters of awareness whild the other gas been at it much longer. Through it all, being able to apply their perceptions to repeatable testing is important if we are ever to treat this as a valud field of experience. It also means sifting out the BS. In this case, it’s not enough to want to do it, you have to be able to do it without letting your own blinders get in the way. I for one have seen how easy it is for others to do this, so when I can have a way to gather independent information about the target I am reading, that is helpful (but only after doing it in as blind a fashion as as possible).

I have considered that what we call “the collective” may in fact be a relatively small group of people. Yes, you may be tapping into a group, but it may not be that big of a group you are tapping into. It helps to observe, search, and do some real world science. This might be hard to do in some cases, but I have found that if you need it bad enough, the data will come. It can even fall into your lap quite unexpectedly.

I have been traveling recently in my work, which took me to the Hawaiian islands of Oahu, Maui, and Kaua’i. Being there resulted in some very interesting outcomes in terms of getting in tpuch with a life I had on one of the islands as a very emotionally stuck man.

While there, I had the chance to read the energy on these unique islands. I found that there were correlations between the people and the land itself, which should surprise no one.

What was interesting was how the level of angst was pretty low. Again, we could all guess that. It’s interesting because you might expect it to be low, but not necessarily. On an island that is relatively small, concern could actually be much higher if you had a situation where you had flights from countries that had active outbreaks of this corona virus outpacing your own country (such as Japan or Korea, for example, which was happening in Hawaii state-wide when I was there). Things were feeling pretty calm despite what was happening in the rest of the country.

Then I returned to the East Coast and as I returned, a different feeling emerged altogether. Bear in mind that I had not been watching news or looming at forums during my time on the islands. I watched about twenty minutes of coverage iver the course of the week to stay up to daymte on numbers and whether it might be better for me to stay if tjings got worse. It wasn’t until I returned to the East Coast that I just felt different.

The feeling that I got in those first 48 hours was nearly impossible to cope with to be honest. Bear in mind, once I was home, I shopped quickly and stayed at home for a week. I wasn’t out and about. I only had a group conversatiin with friends moments ago on a conference text. Otherwise, I had been isolated.

During this time I felt an energy that was shaken with fear, and as I scanned the energy, it showed a large anount of energy clamped down in the heart center, then blocks in other areas to lesser degrees. So strange, I thought, because the heart is a center for compassion. The voice of my inner guidance spoke saying,

There is a lack of true compassion…the body of this group is wrestling with true compassion, some feel it, but others do not. Some are polarized…some closed in the heart but open in the root, some closed in the root but more open in the heart. There are strands of influences swimming through all of this.

I wondered if the level of crazy was actually happening. I wondered, and while writing this, I have seen comments on broadcasts such as a Bernie Sanders live stream with comments all eluding to incredible fear, angst, and anxiety. I dropped into the connected world to gauge what people have been feeling.

People have lost jobs. People are unsure about how they will pay their rent, or their power bills, or when the epidemic will pass so things can get back to normal. Yes…so there is an unusual amount of uncertainty and fear. I am getting it. It has closed down hearts, it has also had a corresponding root impact, too, related to survival and abundance. For the first time since FDR, it looks like Congress will pass sweeping social actions to put money (energy) into people’s hands, a surprising move given how Trump is so pro market and how much the country appears to have rejected the socialist philosophy of the Sanders campaign (which, by the way, is completely in line with being a “New Deal” democrat despite efforts to beand Sanders as somehow radical or communist. Now everyone is embracing the spirit of his policies. So curious an outcome.

It is hard feeling all of this, so I am left with how to deal with all of this at a personal level. It took me several days to work through it in order to not feel flattened by it.

If by chance you feel the collective in a similar way, these strands of feeling can trigger you pretty easily. It’s weird…anger, fear, all of this hard emotion. To cope with it, I bring up all the bliss I can from my root so that it joins in the heart. This has been the only thing that has helped me, which is essentially bliss. Just bliss, and an ability to stay on or in that bliss continually. Doing that has been the life saver. I have been oscilating in and out of it this past week but have been able to shelter back under it recently. For the great unwashed this bliss is an expansive energy of creativity not focused in creating and which also has an orgasmic component. My experience has been that this energy has been directly responsible for healing a slew of ills over the last dozen years, and makes for clearer eyes and calmer hearts when allowed in. I highly suggest giving it an opportunity to work. The only way I can feel this bliss un the face of such potential calamity is thrpugh surrender as well as not busying my mind with unknowns or with a desire to control outcomes. This shifts me away from fear and ibto bliss quite naturally. This has happened before, it will happen again. The soul remains immortal. Do what you can but align in a “right” way. The Polynesians call this “pono.” Deep down, it is our unner compass, our divine compass that transcends ordinary notions of right and wrong to strike to the deeper causes and truths that reveal right and “wrong.”

I think how those who do not know about bliss move from anxiety to calm using methods that distract them mrnrally and then emotionally as a result. Maybe they find something to keep their minds busy. We all have our ways of coping. I wish I could give everyone the gift of bliss-it isn’t that hard to find. Sometimes all it takes is a glance.

Amidst this, the odd notion arises: by witnessesing these states in groups here, can we begin to change our reality by being able to bring a whole other vibration to the moment? Or is this only a drop in the sea? Some would say yes, some would say no. Is it even a relevant question? Does it matter in the bigger picture? Does the universe set itself free to see how it will play out?

Maybe acts will be what do the heavy lifting, but our state of mind determines what those acts are. It may be acts of kindness to others from a distance may be the best way to lighten the load for all concerned.

My heart goes out to everyone, those touched and those not touched by this epidemic. This isn’t permanent, but it is also active. Each one of us is now, by remaining isolated, are throttling down the volume that this virus will have. For now, some areas have not yet seen the “peak” or apex of the epidemic. New York State and city anticipate the peak to have passed by April 2!st according to modelled projections. That number may be close or off depending on what is done between now and then.

So some facts from Governor Cuomo on covid:

Of 30,811 who tested positive in NY so far (as of 3:00 pm EST March 25)

12% have been hospitalized.

3% of those hospitalized gave been admitted to an ICU or intensive care unit.

These are small percentages, but can be big numbers because of our population. Knowing whether you are in a risk group is important. Then act accordingly by keeping isolated so you stay out of the growth vector of new cases. Stay at home, read books, watch movies, read blogs, write, take walks (yes you can!).

Hang in there everybody!

I was working in the studio making a new type of work recently when something surprising happened. The work involved a body movement that required me to reach to a tool that was needed for the next step. I work with hot glass, and some steps involve very precise timing, and if a movement is not made correctly it can result in problems. In the case of this one step, I had to reach around a glowing red metal pipe in order to get at a tool. Since this movement was new, I was still learning it, putting it into “muscle memory” so that this movement could eventually go off without a hitch.

What happened was I wound up pressing the crook of my arm against the hot metal. And then something interesting happened, which is the reason for the post.

First, with my eyes on the tool, and not where my arm was, I realized what I had done. This had happened once before but without so much contact as was taking place at this moment. I continued to grab the tool, though, neither flinching or drawing back. This move took three seconds. I was aware of my skin on the hot metal all the way through this. I could hear and feel my skin sizzling. Then I could feel the nerve pain come barreling into my awareness. I had an odd calm through all of this…idd because for the first time ever, I just didnt react as I normally woukd have in the past.

I finished the movement, shaped the glass, turned around to get ready for the next step and found myself choosing a state of calm instead of a big reaction to the pain which was coming and which I knew would soon be so strong that I might need to stop my work because it would be too much. That’s when it happened.

A thought arose in my mind that I should try to not feel the pain, but instead to try and make it just go away. Up until this time I could feel an emotional and mental tension building like “steeling” myself for the inevitable rush of pain. Instead, something in me just relaxed a little and I felt myself aware that I might be able to change the outcome. Instead of feeling inner resistance, this felt more like surrender. This eliminated the tension, and it was immediately followed by a surprising change of events.

As I turned to make the next step in my work, I felt the pain being replaced by an entirely different sensation. This sensation was not pain at all. In fact, I experienced a coolness where the burn was. My arm exposed, I faced a furnace blasting heat at me. Normally this would have been like pouring salt on a wound. It would have made the burn howl with pain. But it didnt. I felt myself in a very calm detached state and I completed the piece I started in another five minutes without a hint of any pain whatsoever. This turned out to be one of the worst burns I have ever gotten in the studio.

The burn two weeks later and after the scab came off

I realized that what I was doing was controlling my autonomous nervous system, a kind of “brain hack” that enabled me to completely change my natural response to this burn. It wasn’t a moment of smugness, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was as easy as it was.

There was no pain at all until the following day when the burned skin began to dry and started to pinch and pull at my burned skin a round the edges. It oozed for several days after that. This was not a feeling of burning, but a different form of pain related to tender skin being covered in a crusty layer. After a few more days I put honey on the burn, which is known to have natural antibiotic qualities and the healing moved swiftly along.

Truth be told, I was always interested in these kinds of “feats” that seem to defy our normal understanding about how the body works. I read many years ago of Indian monks who could slow their heartrate incredibly slow, selectively lower blood flow to one arm or other extremity. And then I heard the story on the radio of the Tibetan monks who would go out on the coldest night in Winter (the full moon in February) with nothing more than a wet sheet, which they would dry with their body heat.

I always felt that there was more to ourselves than meets the eye, and I have begun to realize that at least in part, I knew this because in other lives, I had done things which were similar in nature. I was surprised at how effortless this turned out to be.

When I think about it, I began to realize that I had been practicing similar forms of deep control at the root level of my body. I had turned on and turned off all kinds of responses over the last few years. Just yesterday I found a pain in my abdomen wound up being energetic in nature, something our doctors might chalk up to as neuralgia or something similar, and as I sank into a meditative state, I reached a place where I could really feel the body response, look at it, and then just make a small effort at letting the tense energy lift away, which instantly addressed the pain. In this case, the pain was not even being induced by way of an injury or disease. My body was treating it like it was pain, or maybe it was my brain that interpreted this energy as pain and made it so. Whatever the exact case, the problem was no more.

You might be thinking, “Yeah, but pain is an important warning sign that helps alert you to trouble, Parker.” I would agree. Pain let’s you know something is wrong. But in the case of my burn, I knew I was being burned, could feel the pain crowding into my body like a freight train in flames. I just chose to reverse it. My stomach pain turned out not to be an injury at all, or disease, but instead a kind of persistent tension energetically that was being interpreted as pain (or as something wrong). If I hadn’t gotten to the bottom of my stomach pain, I might still be feeling something that might have only gotten worse and who knows…in time it could lead to physiological and chemical changes that could lead to a very real physical dysfunction.

I am passing this along because my sense is that the more we meditate, the more we spend time deep in the subconscious digging out stored emotional debris, the easier it is to begin brushing up against not just our emotional codes, but our physiological ones as well. I think that things like this may be a natural turn of events, much like how the Tibetans who were practicing g-tummo meditation were able to gain control over their body heat in order to dry sheets in zero degree temperatures. Not a boast or a brag, but to share with others interested in our own inner workings. If I can do it, so can you!

It has been a busy month and I realize I haven’t been regular with my blogging.  While researching some equipment for my studio business, I looked on my blog for some updates to the blog I maintain for my business and realized as I was toggling around that I have over 100 blog entries that are in my drafts folder.  I had forgotten just how many pieces I have in there.  Most are only partly written, others are finished pieces.  Some are finished but don’t feel finished.  Anyway, I think you get the drift.  So tonight, I am putting up a draft and for the next few weeks as I feel the crush of a busy production season in my business, I will release the hounds….uh…the drafts!

Enjoy! (Ha! Not really, right?)

(From January 2018)

You will notice that I don’t discuss much on the subject of world events, geopolitical subjects, or get too political. I don’t do this in large part because it is such a lost cause. I know I wont convince anyone of anything they themselves do not want to first consider themselves. For the most part, I do a good job of doing that. When it comes to my adventures in awakened consciousness, I like very much to report what I have found much like an explorer might, offering up glimmering pearls and telling others just where I found them so they can go hunting for their own. This forms the bulk of my philosophy about what I do here. I know it may not be as exciting as writing about the dramas of outer life or the deceptions that exist in our perceptions…

I do think, though, that awakening involves a radical inner process of seeking to finally tie together the opposites within consciousness in order to effect the atom bomb explosion that is the rising of cosmic consciousness. Further, I think that this radical awareness (or its potential awareness, I should say) goes hand in hand with the way we perceive the world. That perception, I will simply state, is the no-bullshit version of events, or the unmanipulated version of events.

9/11 was one such manipulated event and I am going to tell you why I think that this is so. I say this because if millions of people can be duped in the way they were duped on 9/11,then those who are doing the duping will continue to dupe people because of how easy it is to do. The conditions simply need to be an authority that is trusted explicitly by the People. That is all. So this authority is groomed, conditioned, and placed daily in front of the People in order to condition every mind to accept the impeachable trust that should be placed in the authority. While we do this with government, we also do this with media and media is the force that really goes to town on forging and shaping our opinions. As a result, media is used as the single most powerful propaganda tool the world has ever seen. This is why, in mid-last century the U.S. C.I.A. was heavily involved in meshing itself with media outlets (every major media outlet was known to have a CIA operative working in its ranks—this was admitted by a past CIA Director in a Congressional hearing).

Along with this effort to have an agent in every major media outlet (I dont cite a source because the heads of the C.I.A. admitted on the record that they have been doing this for a long time) has come projects like “Mockingbird” which was an effort to sway public opinion and manufacture consent in much the way that Herman and Chomsky has described it. If you want a war, the easiest way is to find ways to get the People behind it, and the C.I.A. found that propaganda was the best tool. In essence, they lied and manipulated the public by telling us that there was a threat and then saying that our way of life is being threatened and that we must fight this threat or else we will lose everything we cherish. this has been done a number of times by our government in order to press us into war or to invade other countries (our entry into World War II was hastened by Pearl Harbor which was an event that our leaders knew about in advance and did nothing to stop it as was our entry into Vietnam with the Gulf of Tomkin Incident which is now known was a false flag operation intended to lie us into war in Vietnam).

085097CE-4781-409F-87B2-B11045C30796The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country. —-Hermann Göring

What we now know is that our own C.I.A. has used propaganda in order to depose countless democratically elected presidents and heads of State through the careful use of propaganda. This was done in order that more suitable and more U.S. friendly leaders might be installed who might do business with our largest and most wealthy corporations. There are other interests, too, which are the arms dealers, who stand to profit when we are at war. This was why the Cold War was sold so well and made so many so incredibly wealthy. It never involved firing a shot, but it involved being ready to fire the shot if we had to, which meant some of the most expensive munitions the world has known- nuclear warheads). Remember that it was Eisenhower who warned on his last public address about this powerful threat and how it might actually take over a government from the inside.

To better understand this force and what it has done around the world, it is helpful to see the list of countries that have been effected by the meddling of our C.I.A. in this short and to the point article. It’s useful to understand that the CIA, while tasked with only foreign efforts, has in truth been covertly engaging in propaganda wars against its own people for the benefit of those who get to hide behind the veil of secrecy granted to our CIA and other intelligence apparatus’s.

You might wonder why I am bringing up the CIA in relation to 9/11 and I respond by explaining that while I do not yet know fully who scripted the 9/11 narrative, it has all the marks of our CIA or similar thinking attached to it. It is what is commonly called by the CIA a Psyop. A psyop is an effort to use ones authority to sway people to your way of thought, perhaps also through other forms of manipulation like trauma-induced mind control of the kind that involves seeing people murdered or who die in terrible conditions. There was a lot of this taking place on 9/11 and when you begin to think more critically, you can begin going through the footage taken on that day to spot the people who were following the narrative despite the fact that the 9/11 story isn’t supported by the facts. That is really the lynch pin here, which is that 9/11 is filled with numerous impossibilities which have all been presented to the public as proof that the propaganda story of 9/11 is true. I will list these stories presented to the American People as proof that 9/11 was carried out by jihadists wanting to strike a blow at American power in the West.

Airplanes brought down the Twin Towers

The single biggest problem with this idea presented to the public on the very day of the event (without careful review or waiting for evidence to be loomed at more closely) is that in 9/11 building #7 fell perfectly into its footprint without ever having been struck by a plane. The problem here is that tower #7 fell in the same way that tower 1 & 2 fell, which were all at free fall speed, directly onto their footprints.

The problem here has to do with physics. If I weaken a tree trunk on one side I will expect that tree to fall in the direction of the weakened side. If a house or building like a skyscraper is weakened along one side, which both of the towers were, we would have expected to see a tumble, a leaning and a falling over in the direction of the injury. To make a building fall straight down would require the removal of structural members’ support through the building in order to initiate a collapse.

The problem with tower 7 is numerous: Silverstein, who owned the buildings famously told PBS in an interview the day after 9/11 that he had decided to “pull” the building in order to bring it to the ground after isolated fires burned in the structure. Silverstein has since back pedaled saying he did not mean “pull” in the way that all owners of buildings use the term, which is planned demolition, but rather some other meaning. Further, there were multiple eyewitness accounts of people who heard a countdown coming through the firefighters radios prior to  building 7 coming down, followed with a series of rapid burst explosions, which were consistent with planned demolition. This eyewitness testimony explains how Tower 7 came down after a countdown followed by a series of explosions.

This eyewitness heard the same thing. He explains how he also saw molten metal in the pile, something that could not be possible as a result of jet fuel, which is essentially kerosene in its level of heat and flammability.

Explosions Before Planes Struck The Tower

One big problem with the narrative as given is a discrepancy in timing between planes hitting buildings and explosions that took place before planes actually hit. Watch this video of one such prominent witness who witnessed these pre-strike explosions take place.

Here is another video detailing the same exact situation of explosions before any plane had struck the building, with explosions coming out of, witnesses believe, elevators, explosions so strong that they broke out the windows of the World Trade Center building, glass that was  two inches thick! Imagine trying to break two-inch glass with nothing but a percussive sound wave. This force was strong enough to push a person in the building out into the street. This was incredibly strong explosions. Bear in mind, there were no kitchens where there were tanks of gas or gas lines. The kitchens were all electric.

The Presence of Incendiaries That Cannot Be Traced

The speed with which the debris was removed from downtown was unprecedented. Mayor at that time, Rudy Guilliani, made sure that trucks were fitted with GPS tracking to make sure that no truck deviated from their course to deliver to barges for sale to China. One driver described how he was fired after he stopped his truck along the route one time on his way to the delivery location. This made examination of the debris for forensic clues difficult. However, some debris was collected by individuals that made it into the hands of capable investigators who examined the rubble and found evidence of an untraceable incendiary scattered throughout the debris. Thermite is not traceable because of how easy it is to manufacture. All other explosives, including nuclear materials, all have tags that allow forensic investigators to be able to trace the materials back to their manufacturer. Nuclear explosions put off a radio signal unique to the lab that made the material. Dynamite has material in it that is a taggant that allows it to be traced back to its maker, the same also applies to plastic explosives. When it comes to thermite, all bets are off, though. Anyone can make it.  In fact, in 2003, I made my own sample of thermite in my studio in order to see first-hand how powerful this material really is. I can say that given that I made only a pinch (if you cook you know how small this amount is) and the resulting reaction once I lit the material was like a powerful flashbulb going off in front of me. Where the thermite was held, the metal began to melt. Because the reaction only took place for a couple of seconds, not enough heat was produced for a long enough time to completely melt the steel plate it was placed on. However, if this reaction was allowed to continue for ten to twenty seconds, there was no question in my mind that this material had the power to vaporize, not just melt, steel. No one should attempt such an experiment unless under careful controlled conditions!

Here is Steven Jones explaining what he found in the debris from one of the towers in NYC:

Put Options Placed On American Airlines Stock

When you trade stock and you believe that a stock is going to go down in price, you will essentially buy a contract that gives you the right to buy stock from someone who actually holds that stock, at the lower price. This is called a “put” which is a type of option contract that stock brokers and investors use to make money. In the weeks prior to 9/11 there was unusually high trading volume in these puts on American Airlines. The result was that huge sums were made on a bet that the airline stock would go down suddenly in price.  When you dig into the world of airline stock, it becomes clear that absent knowledge of something that might increase the price of airline tickets, for example (gas price spike, or an inability to manufacture enough planes or a worker strike) that there are few other elements in the world that would seriously impact the price of an airline stock. As a result, an investigation was launched and it was found that the stock was traced back to a former top C.I.A. administrator whose company (which was often tied to money laundering for its clients) was involved in this very shady deal.

For the details on this, here is one source that explains those: http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/illegaltades.html

Engineers For 911 Truth Explain The Science Behind What Happened: It Doesn’t Add Up

Architects and engineers have come forward to explain that what took place three times on 9/11 was itself a structural impossibility without the aid of accelerants or explosives. They explain that while there has never been a collapse of steel frame buildings from fire, there has never been symmetrical collapses either. A symmetrical collapse happens when you weaken all of the supporting columns in a building at once. But the buildings were not struck by a plane that way. The two of the three buildings that fell on 9/11 did so were each struck on one side, which would create an asymmetrical collapse instead of a symetrical one. If the buildings had done what engineers and architects know is the case with the buildings that day, we should have seen buildings toppling over, probably even falling over onto other nearby buildings.   There are a lot of examples of video showing asymmetrical failures of buildings and what they look like. Most tall sky scrapers do not fail this way because they are built to withstand forces that would act on them to cause them to fail. The twi towers were designed to take a direct hit from a fully loaded passenger jet, the largest at the time of its building, and still stand.

Pilots For 9/11 Truth Explain Impossible Speeds And Maneuvers Of Planes

On 9/11 the  plane that struck the Pentagon executed a maneuver described by seasoned pilots as impossible to do for an airline student whose skills were marginal at best. In fact, when seasoned airline pilots tried to execute the same maneuver using simulators, they were unable to perform the maneuver. What does this mean?  It means that the plane was engineered for tighter turns, may have been remotely controlled (which planes do have) or this was done by someone like a fighter pilot, for example.  Additionally, the Pilots for 9/11 Truth explain that the planes on 9/11 were operating over their maximum engineered speeds.  Exceeding these speeds can lead to tails being ripped off, for example, resulting in a loss of control over the airplane.

Phone Calls From Altitude Not Possible Until 2003

C phone calls were not possible at the time of the attacks on 9/11 while at altitude. Only by 2003 were more powerful cell phone towers put in place that could allow for higher altitude calls to be made from phones. Period.

Communications Inconsistent With a Plane That Is In The Air

I find this one to be of special interest because of how sharp the woman who discovered this one was to pick up the details that she did post-9/11. Rebecca Roth, who is a veteran airline stewardess, pulled back the veil on communications with flight crew aboard one of the planes that was allegedly hijacked on 9/11. She found a narrative that was consistent with an airplane that was not at altitude and was actually on the ground, parked, and depressurized. Roth came to these discoveries after stumbling across news reports that showed that most of the men who were listed were actually still alive in Saudi Arabia and some were, and still are, airline pilots. To hear Roth’s interview click on the youtube below. Also, there are longer interviews with her on the subject on youtube that are well worth the listen as well.

These are what I would consider some of the biggest issues surrounding 9/11 that help explain why what we were told did not fit what the evidence reveals. It shows that someone wanted 9/11 to be seen as a hijack event in order to justify a war in the Middle East and to take away our precious rights granted by our Constitution and our Bill Of Rights.

No Video Showing What Struck The Pentagon

I know; we have five frames of “video” now of the object that struck the Pentagon. Bear in mind that the Pentagon was ringed with video cameras and was one of the most surveiled and secured facilities in the world and only five frames are shown. All other tapes were confiscated by the FBI.

Hole In Pentagon Inconsistent With A Boeing 747

How do you explain to someone that an object traveling at nearly 500 miles per hour does not make a hole in stone and steel that is smaller than it is? We see this at the Pentagon; the hole made in the side of the building was too small for a 747. Further, there were NO marks whatsoever on the building from the wings or the tail, which was tall enough to have reached all the way to the top of the Pentagon building itself. Photographs right after the explosion reveals no debris on the grass lawn, but debris appears later, which is picked up by bystanders. This has all the makings of a coverup.

Strange Anomalies Suggest Esoteric Technology

One of the biggest stories of 9/11 was the existence of extremely strange phenomenon that centers around objects like steel girders seen turning into dust and also evaporating. When I heard about this I thought it was something on the far fringe but as it turns out, there is solid evidence showing that something really strange took place on 9/11.  When do pieces of steel evaporate into dust as we watch them on video?  This video begins to explain the energy effects that took place on that day (cars that burst into fire even though there were many sheets of paper surrounding them that did not burst into fire, tritium levels many times too high in the water in the basement of the towers to be accidental). One of the biggest pieces of evidence was how a fireman was walking amidst the debris soon after the tower fell and there were vehicles that were parked at street level next to the building without there being a huge debris pile.  Judy Wood points out the uncomfortable facts about how vast amounts of material disappeared and did not create a huge debris pile at all.

Judy Wood goes on to explain the strange anomalies related to what she describes as an energetic event.  She gets deep into this around minute 10 in the following video.  She also shows up on Beyond Belief with George Noory on Gaia to explain this, should you have a subscription.  This video helps you to understand how so much of the rubble simply disappeared and that this was observed by Peter Jennings, among others.

9/11 is believed by many to have been a psychological operation whose purpose was to effect numerous goals, chief among them was the carving up of the middle east through war and invasions as well as the destruction of evidence for ongoing federal investigations that were housed in building #7.  9/11 hastened the weakening of personal freedoms here in the U.S. through the Patriot Act, the effective end of the Posse Comitatus Act, to name a few.  Through fear and terror, minds and hearts were forever changed in the U.S.   This was done in the worst way imaginable.  it has shown the world that the best way to make a difference is to do so through violence instead of through peace and justice.

I know these issues \are both controversial and uncomfortable.  I also know that for people I know who believe in the official view about 9/11 these issues are hard to swallow.  I have friends who are simply unable to even begin to entertain the problems related to 9/11 because they cannot believe that people could be so evil and that they could be pulling the levers of power.  What I have to remind people is that it only take a few evil people to effect these kinds of events, people well-placed who can make sure that NORAD was shut down and so that jets that were scrambled would be routed away from NYC instead of intercepting planes or for breaches of protected airspace around Washington D.C. (something that resulted in 64 jets being scrambled in the year previous to 9/11 all without any problems in getting the jets off the ground and escorting the wayward planes away from the restricted airspace of Washington D.C.).  People don’t like the idea of living in a world like this, so it is easier to shut out the possibility that all is not as we have been told.  What I can say is that by questioning authority, both of government and our media, or by looking within, we can open ourselves up to a higher form of discernment.  There is much about 9/11 that is strange, that does not fit reason and physics and there is a reason why this is so. For this reason, 9/11 was a war on consciousness.  It was intended to create fear and to cause us to call upon our leaders to whatever it takes to exact revenge on those who did this to us, or to protect us by dissolving our most previous of Constitutional rights.  Let’s not let 9/11 continue its legacy…let’s seek to roll back the Patriot Act and the harm it has done to our freedom which is now more precious than ever before.

It is so personal, the synchronicity, isn’t it? Try explaining the synchronicity that you had that blew your mind to someone, and you often get a less-than satisfying realization about just how personal these events are. You really really needed to “be there” for sure.

Since Carl Jung helped to bring the subject into popular awareness with his coining of the term and even describing some of his impossible events that he filed under the term synchronicity, we have become fascinated with what these events are all about.  I have been observing them now for years and at a particular point in my awakening when energy was at its highest, I was able to observe how synchronicties were happening all over the place, some on the order of one every few minutes.  I saw how synchronicity appeared to be tied to the level of the energy. No one was talking about this, and it led me to digging into the subject more to see what I could find.

I began by reading Carl Jung’s book on the subject. What I found was that Jung appeared to not make any correlations with our ability to possibly involve our own psychic energy in events, which brings about the synchronistic event. Jung’s work was carefully observant, but it also stopped short of calling it what I thought it was, which is a kind of collaborative event. Just the idea that thoughts could effect events is itself a huge discovery for any researcher, right?

The nature of a synchronicity is its relevance to you, and how private the meaning is. It is private because as is so often the case, the meaning of an event exists in the fact you have not told anyone about the thought that the event is tied to. It is often utterly private in nature, which of course is what makes all of this happening in the way that it does, so uncanny, so exciting, and so utterly amazing. It can seem as though the world of events or the universe is somehow able to read your mind, or that your thoughts get projected into events that then come back to you….. like a boomerang. It is as if the universe got sentient for a moment and began communicating to you through events.  Is it possible that the universe is actually sentient so that what I just said isn’t far-fetched, but very possibly the case?

It is widely known that awakenings and synchronicities are correlated. As a person who has experienced awakening, I am very interested in understanding the phenomenon better from observable phenomenon (not merely speculation). Sometimes when we see two things together we want to draw a correlation to them, but sometimes we can wind up drawing the wrong one. In social science there is this lesson I was taught when taking sociology courses in college. The caution goes like this: a researcher is looking into house fires and sees that fire trucks are almost always present during house fires so the researcher surmizes that fire trucks are what’s causing the house fires.

Synchronicities, in my observation, happen when we are aligned to the energy we call kundalini. The more prana we have, the more these events happen.  This is one important data point I would like to pass on to you. I found that I could chart the rise and fall of synchronicity as the energy rose and fell in my own private experience.  It led me to suspect that there was a relationship between prana and the synchronistic event (besides the fact that those who awaken begin experiencing them all over the place). My observation is that prana (which is precisely what kundalini is) amplifies thought so that these significant thoughts get materialized quickly.

I have found that there is something really important in terms of how synchronicity is related to our own energy fields. The more (energy) we have, the more synchronicities occur. In fact, the stronger the energy, the more rapidly they have come. Let me point out that there was a period of time when I was having extraordinarily powerful energy flow, and that the energy reached such a pitch that I was tingling, vibrating in an overt way. It was when the energy reached this unusualy high level that I noticed that synchronicities were correspondingly higher. This was a noticed and repeated event. I was able to see how synchronicities dropped off just as the energy calmed down. I observed this over many months and scores of times.

My observation has been that events of all kinds come to quicker manifestation once the threads of self are touched by awakening (or by more prana or chi). I will admit to you that for a very long time I had this sense ever since I was young that the more energy that we could realize in our consciousness, the more our reality would appear to change or be impacted by this energy. Maybe it was so ething I learned from another lifetime, but it certainly was there ever since I was very small (age three for certain). Long before my awakening I noticed that whenever I got in this groove where I was in touch with my innermost self and there was an uninterupted flow of unusually high psychic energy, events had this uncanny quality about them. I thought of it as being in a magic zone where events happened more in accord with what was in my mind. It also felt effortless and that the events that happened would come to me and bring me things that were most needed in my life at the time. This was so clear to me that I began meditating because of it, developing a method of meditating that involved feeling my energy (because feeling my energy put me close to it in awareness and also because this also led to the energy increasing). I used this method for years, right up until awakening came, during which time I practiced a new meditation method thathelped push me over the edgeinto awakening.

As we align to our inner energetic potential, I think that the twin energies that make up prana (and by extension kundalini) increases  and they serve each of us as engines of creation. Sound prosaic? I don’t think it is at all. In fact, the more aligned the twin energies of the yin and yang were in me, the stronger the incidence of synchronicity was for me. And what is synchronicity but a significant event that comes to you that is tied to something meaningful (maybe you were thinking about something on a given topic one moment only to have it rise up couched in the context of an event in your life over which you had no involvement….its just happening to you, around you, but certainly completely outside of your control).

Now I will indulge in something, take it for what you will, but it too is based on my own observation from early awakening. This is that prana or qi is a creative energy. This creative energy is expressed not in narrow terms in consciousness, but is expressed throughout the organism such that we can see its effects. It stimulates the body to help heal it physically, it increases sexual energy (a way to create in the physical by making babies), and it also increases creative energy as we normally think of it manyfold. We like to think of sexual energy as all by itself. In my meditations when I go to its root, I find that sexual energy and all other forms of creativity return or emerge from the same source, and they spread widely, being translated into different channels but still riotously orgasmic and blissful when felt in abundance. This is a great primordial energy that feels as though it exists at a much deeper level or a foundational layer within the field of awareness that makes up a vast entity that I suppose one could call God or the Tao.

The nature of this force has suggested to me that our world is alive with creative energy, and that we create our reality moment by moment based on our beliefs about what that reality is or should look like. I also have found that the more narrow your beliefs are about life, the fewer possibilities can be created. In awakening it is possible to drop what you previously believed as truth to become more open to the possibilities. What happens when you reach a point where anything is possible?

What I am here to tell you is that the anatomy of synchronicity is that synchronicity is part of our creative potential as human beings. Synchronicity is showing you a very novel facet of your own ability to manifest. Here you are, sitting there, and it just comes to you, and you are not controlling it at all. Most are focused on how wild that is. “How could that have happened?” you think. But do you stop to consider that the power behind synchronicity is actually way more, that you can use it to find fulfillment in your life? I observe that synchronicity is fueled by the energies within us, and if something is wanted or thought about clearly and strongly enough, it comes to fruition and that can happen in minutes (as was the case for me many times).

In writing this piece I used an example of how a synchronicity came in three events, all with the same message about a french philosopher Tielhard De Chardin whose ideas were similar to my own. I was actually guided by a series of synchronicities to help resolve what the main thesis of a book I was writing should be about. The story of how it unfolded was hard to believe except that it happened, and in doing so, it was like the universe showing me that all of this is just the tip of a still larger reality-we are only just now learning it seems to tune that other reality into our lives, this creative aspect which is inhibited by our shame but unleashed by our willingnness to embrace the orgasmic bliss that it brings.

It seems that I am, in my awakening, destined to try out all sorts of methods for assisting in the cleansing of consciousness….of stored material that gets in the way of knowing the authentic self and the connection that we have as our birthright (each of us!) with the divine.

I go about finding a new modality in large part intuitively. Sometimes someone will mention something a day or two after I have begun thinking about the same modality (I first sense maybe it might be a good one to try) and very often I will get a rather odd series of confirmations from innocent  bystanders who all mention the modality within a rather short span of time, usually a day or two, maybe three. I of course have never said peep about these modalities, it is the magic part in all of this, you see. No one knows that its anything that I have been thinking about, which is key to me for knowing when its a genuine synchronicity. Its how this thing works most often for me. It is like, through others, the universe tells me what is next on the agenda when it’s unable to contact me directly through dream or in meditation. Maybe an odd sounding thing at first, I can assure you that there is an efficiency about it that, once followed, leads to rather effective and rapid changes. There have been considerations of mine that just never go anywhere…a thought is raised, nothing comes because of it, and it gets dropped. But I never know when I will be on to something golden for me, it is a bit of a surprise. This is very much in line with the phenomenon involving synchronistic events that is experienced once a person is awakened. Everyone talks about them. I began utilizing them as a way to get a little more out of them than that uncanny 1:11 or 3:33 or 11:11. I get it, a sign to remind you where you are. But at a certain point in awakening I thought that there was much more to this odd phenomenon than just numbers or meaningful coincidences. For me, I began seeing it as a form of guidance, that the universe was speaking to me…because once I considered that it could be something more…it was.

Once I did this, I began to get direction more and more through these events that most often come in groups of threes. Its just how it works for me. It is like a code to show me that its not just a random coincidence, but rather something from the numinous realm. I think of how this all works as being like a cosmic morse code or how a secret knock is decided upon for two parties to know that a special guest has arrived, except for me it is the triple event that is the unmistakable sign of this having come from that place of the eternal light. For me and the universe (perhaps an aspect of my higher self, I often consider), we have a triple event arrangement that has been laid out. Anyway, the point here is that I listen to these events as a form of direction once they come in their triple form. For me, they are closely oriented, these events, in time. Some have been seperated by hours or minutes. The further away they get from each other on the time line the less likely that they mean much of anything. With my recent foray into regression therapy, it was much the same. I knew that this was something that would most likely work very well for me (even though I have felt that I would make a bad hypnotic subject). With the signs there, I looked into it, found a therapist fairly quickly, got an appointment, and went to see her. It all worked out smooth as silk, another good sign.

I travelled a number of hours to get to the office of my therapist. I was concerned about the effect that the hours of driving might have on my mental state, but this proved to be of no consequence. I had already explained my situation and how I had been involved in the release of stored emotional material for close to a decade, that there was a lot that had gone, but what remained was the hardest or the most stubborn stuff (so it was the hardest stuff, or so it has seemed). My therapist explained that instead of deep breathing (holotropic, for one) that we would dive into regression right away. She gave me a very quick overview of how it works and I was quickly lying down and getting relaxed.

I was  fist told to imagine a location that I liked a lot. It might be by a river, a beach, or some other natural surround. There were a series of suggestions and visualizations intended to relax me and then the image of a fog that moved into the area where I saw myself lying relaxed. It was suggested that I join with this fog or mist and let it take me where it will. It was curious to me that I was not taken to a specific time in the past (like a previous life), this was left open by my therapist. I guess she was hoping to take me to my past life before this one. She was surprised to find that the life I was in during the session was my present life. I had even said to her at one point in our presession talk that it might be best to just go back to my childhood past.

The result of this was that I wound up at about age one in my present life at a point very close to my fathers death. What I found curious about this was how easy it all seemed. My therapist had said before we began the session, “I have found that feeling as though I am making up the details in my head is a good sign that I am actually on to something; just go with it and see where it leads you.” I found that scenes would just pop up automatically, and instead of me censoring or questioning why they were there, I just went with them right out of the gate. It was at this point that there was a lot of detail swelling up around me in the form of events and feelings, which my therapist was busily writing down. I wasn’t taken deep into a hypnotic trance to the point where I had difficulty recalling details later. Instead, I was quite aware of my surroundings in the room in 2018 as scenes from the past just popped up and I looked at them and sought to determine why they were important. In a way, this was much like a meditative state that I was in.  So much for the deep hypnotic trance, right? I really had thought that I would need to go deep in order to get anything. Apparently not!

I knew that the events of my early life were hard ones, ones that put me in an emotionally stuck place very early. I had given up accessing memory from that time because it seemed that while I had some very early memories in my life that were quite clear in my mind, I had a complete and total black-out on any memories having to do with my father. It was really quite curious….and telling…

The session did not involve my tapping into a memory of my father, not one of him while he was alive. Most of it had to do with the events surrounding him and his death. I did have one telling memory that involved my awareness of his body lying on the bed after he had died. It was one of those moments that felt like an “oops” moment where the small child is let into the room where the dead father lay on the bed. In fact, it was possible that I feltnthis just by walking by his room. The one thing that I noticed was that I seemed to be as sensitive energetically as I am now in awakening, essentially sensing everything from the inside out instead of just through the physical senses alone.

My father had a form of cancer that was known to metasticize very quickly in the body. There was virtually no hope for coming back from a diagnosis of his cancer. There was this odd swirl of denial going on where my father was concerned, perhaps his own way of coping with the innevitability of his own death and the uncertainty so many people feel about death and what might not exist beyond its doorway. So he had died at home, in the middle of the night, he had finally been able to let go and slip away. In my memory, I am walking past a bed, just the corner of it which was close to the door into the bedroom. I had this awarness, quite suddenly, of his presence filling the house one moment, then gone the next moment, even though his body was lying on the bed. I was extremely aware of how absent he was in that moment. It was like brushing past a person and feeling deep inside that this person was simply….no longer there. It was such an odd feeling, one that was entirely new in this life of mine at onenyear of age.

My therapist didnt understand at first what I meant. I had to explain, “Its like how the driver of a car steps out and the car is still there, but the driver isn’t. He was there one moment, then completely gone the next. His physical body was right there but I knew even though I was small, that he was just gone…” There was a shock about this. I also did not understand what this meant. I didnt fully understand that his sickness would lead to his death. I think in my world, you got sick, then you got better. That was the range of my experience. As small children, I think we are mire blank slates at certain points in our development. I have always sensed thatnwe do have memories very early on about our previous lives, but as we become more in our bodies and in greater command of it, those connections to past memories fade. As a result of this, there  was a directness to everything. I did less reflecting and more direct processing of what was happening, and this struck me as being different with how things are in my mind now, with so much more experience to pull from, comparing with, judge, etcetera. As small children, we look outward with a fresh uneducated and unbiased view until experience builds over time and we accumulate memories…at which time our perceptions change, or at least our relationship to those perceptions. As children, its so much simpler, direct. But there is less awareness of what all of what is happening might mean. All of that is simply  not there, at least that is how I experienced it.

It was this suddenness of my father’s absence that served to become the formation of the first major block in my early life. My siblings and I were not taken to the funeral on the advice of extended family who thought it wasn’t the right thing for my mother to do. This, though, created still more problems than they solved. My father became a mystery, a man who just evaporated in the night and was just….gone. I told the therapist later that in my family,  we didn’t talk about the death of my father that much. I never knew what he had died of until I was age ten, for example. It was as though we just rolled up the carpet of those events and packed them away in an attic or basement somewhere. I got the sense that it was just too painful to talk about these things, so we didnt. Such is the stuff that blocked emotional trauma is made of. And here we go, digging up those bones again so that we might be able to release the ghosts that they represent for us so that their ghost can be released from us.

While I was still under hypnosis, my therapist asked me to look at my father and tell  her what I saw after we had gone though this tour of memory. I said I saw the self that he was and the self that he is now, side by side. I was told to let the image of my father go into the memory of the small child I was, and then let the memory of my toddler self integrate itself into who I am now  and become a part of who I am now.  I then let go the father that was to see the father who is now. Then I was directed to cut the cords  that I have with my father, imagining the cord being sliced through and both of us being free to just be ourselves. By being stuck so early on, I was literally stuck in an early version of myself. By doing this, the idea was that I could better integrate my infant self with who I am today for greater wholeness.  Just being able to disrupt an old recursive memory pattern tied to a stuck emotion could help me to begin feeling….different.

Once we had done this, we had to move quickly because our hour was over, and another client was waiting for their session to begin.

Being able to grieve the loss of my father is an important step to my wholeness, I realize. By holding up or keeping grief at bay for years, the chemical signature that grief made in the body can lead to health problems that are chronic at midlife. A small niggling feeling, which boosts, say, adrenaline but suppresses endorphins and dopamine in the body can lead to a chemical landscape that could favor cancer, or dementia later in life, all depending on which way one decides to go emotionally. Does fear acidify the body? Do the kidneys and liver have to work harder to balance this acidification, for example? I am not a chemist or biologist, but what I do know is that our consciousness, as it resides in our bodies, tells the body system what (with the body following by producing chemistry to mimic what is happening in consciousness) to do based on the moment by moment state that this consciousness is in. I have been keen to remove as much of this material as possible over the course of the last ten years since awakening has come.

What is the chemical signature of grief held in the body for decades? Subtle, no doubt, but like a drip, drip, drip, wearing away the stone of our body and its integrity, it often will manifest at moments of physical weakness in the immune system, or a weakening ofnthe kidneys, or with some imbalance in nutrition or an illness that leaves us short on needed nutrients for building the physical representation of who we are in our souls, thoughts, and emotions. What is the physical chemical signature of fear, of anger, or paranoia, of jealousy, or worry? What effect do these have on us long-term as those stuck emotions live in us, unable to budge, unhealed, causing all manner of problems?

Releasing these stuck emotions leads to the cessation of those issues forever, I have noted. If they come back, they werent really fully released. When released, it is like breaking the chains on something that has imprisoned you for years (often without your realizing how much it had affected you all along). In my case, I know that the removal of these blocked energies can give us a new lease on life. Years ago I had an entire body of energy pulled out of me by,of all things, an angelic presence. With it went tension, physical pain, and symptoms that had been bothering me for close to a year. While I refused to get diagnosed prior to this, the symptoms in my case were consistent with cancer, which went completely away once this bundle of body emotion was pulled out of me. If you think of it this way that your body is a mirror of your soul, then your thoughts and feelings are the body of your soul through eternity, then changing your thoughts and feelings can lead to changing how the mirror of that soul, the body, responds to the signals being sent to it from the “driver” of that body.

This is an inside job. You alone can do it, but despite how impossible it might seem to you now, it is well within your reach. I am no different from anyone else, I just know that it can be made simple if we let it. And really, the world conforms to our notions of what it is that we think it is. A rationalist scientist does not have the bizarre and magical events we call synchronicity because s/he doesn’t believe that such a thing is even…..a thing. So it isn’t. But once you FEEL the juicy energy within consciousness as strong enough to move mountains, well, the mountains move

There are many therapists throughtout the U.S. and abroad  who are trained in regression therapy who can help you in your work. Luckily, they are easier to find now with the internet as our vast storehouse of information.

Peace Be With You…

They don’t tell you this in the sales brochure, but Awakening isn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Sometimes it’s you, marinating in some dank dark oil of your own indefinable misery as you tell yourself that this must be what they mean about “Shadow Work.” Sounded pretty innocuous at first glance. It didn’t stop you from rushing through that door, though, did it? And it hasn’t stopped you from reading this far.

It gets better. I promise.

Awakening for Westerners is proving to be it’s own unique kind of experience. In India, the culture has systems in place that have been developed over hundreds, even thousands, of years all for the purpose of preparing the individual for one thing: awakening. This is in a word, called yoga, a system with multiple rungs intended to somatically clear the naddis (our circuitry for prana) of stored emotional energy in preparation for the emergence of a stronger or higher energetic state which is called kundalini. The results, then, are different for those in India than for most Westerners (with every case being unique). I could say it’s good to prepare, but here we are, Westerners, blank slates where awakening is concerned, now thrust into this new life. It’s a birth that took only seconds in some cases where everything is changed…..irrevocably. Truth is, we haven’t a clue about the kind of prep needed for awakening. But then again, this preparation wasn’t a part of our culture unless you count accepting Christ as your savior or having a meditation practice.

It’s exciting to watch as it takes shape. It can also be a little terrifying. It’s because something quite large is within and it’s running the show. For as freaked out as I was those first few weeks, I came to realize that this force was not here to hurt me. It never has. It has always removed things that in the end really did me no good at all. I thought of it as a chef in the kitchen of my spiritual life, concocting solutions, changing the menu, setting things right. I learned to stay out of the way, watching a master at work.

I lost really important relationships. I was crushed by a woman I was married to and had children with who sought to turn my children against me. It never hurts nearly as much as when they succeed, though. I was taught that some things just aren’t my own, and never were. I was just there, and it could have been anybody, really, the same scenario was going to play out for them. I saw the kitchen door open as the chef showed me the back door. He whispered, “It will be safer for you this way.”

There is hurt, happiness, fear, joy, loneliness, love, and longing. It’s all lit up, incandescent, at least for a time, so you can see your issues and foibles and learn to let them go. Since the truth is that material things don’t ever buy authentic happiness, the shift is into real often “lonely ” joy. It’s this solitary joy that is like entering the Holy of Holies. It is what dying is like, too, which is surprising when death comes because it’s such an expansive process rather than the dark ending that our worst fears promulgate. It grows in freedom the further you go along with it. It has a swirling beauty that is sensual and orgasmic. It is, of course, nothing like the Southern Baptist minister said it would be like. It’s clear that you are blissful now for no reason except that this is what you know about yourself, and it’s unbelievably beautiful. You feel this way because of this realization that woke you and opened you to your true nature as a child of the one great Light.

Even as you know this, you go through bliss to misery, sometimes many time in a day, a sure sign that your buried bones in your subconscious are still there, rattling away, killing the thrill of your “be here now moment.” You wake up one day and you feel paralyzed. Unable to move. The next day, the energy is leaping around the room and you hear voices or see shapes, or angels in the wee hours, or a hundred other amazingly wonderful things. On this day you are a golden goddess or a god,but you do wonder when it will turn to rust. But wait long enough, and you suspect you will be on that train to Paradise yet again. Something in you screams that there is a reason for this rapid cycling, and you’d be right. You make a new promise to let the energy penetrate as deeply as it can, next time, even if it does uncover acts and feelings you are ashamed of or that you have loathed secretly about yourself for years. As a Westerner, you probably have to be brought to the furthest edge of your misery before you are howling in the night, praying for it to come take you from your fucked up madness. And it does. Honestly, this is how souls are saved more often than we would like to admit.

One morning you might look in the mirror and forget for a few seconds who you even are. The disorientation itself is enough to keep your brow furrowed. You might worry that it might be a brain tumor but you think, “No, I’ll just wait” because you dont want to tip your hat to the world that you might be hip deep in a shit creek. Sure enough, it passes, but you get a feel for what a real brain tumor might be like and tell yourself that you’ll have to give to cancer research because what you just experienced was its own special version of a bad morning discovery.

You are visited by angels even as you are haunted by your demons. Its how this is for us; we didn’t prepare. We come to awakening dirty as sin while standing in the temple of our greater spiritual light. Lucky for us, this light is just so glad we managed to show up. There is a bit of muddy water until we begin to get washed clean. It goes on for years, really, but you can’t help but clean a dirty garment of its filth when you live in the water of life.

Over time, and in direct proportion to the amount of material you have released (It’s all repressed emotion from one traumatic event in your life to another), it gets easier. Turbulent intense sexual energy refines into finer vibration. It’s smoother. There are fewer stones in the road. It all takes time, dedication, and a willingness to just let go. What feeds your purpose stays, what doesn’t, goes. The pendulum swings aren’t as great as they were before. You don’t transit from heaven into hell and back again from one day to the next. Swings come, they just aren’t as destructive as they seemed before. We each have much to learn from each other who are going through this trial by fire and water.

It’s just your baggage. Seems you can’t be in heaven with it, so we learn how not to accumulate it here. And awakening is the magical elixir that makes it possible to heal the impossible. It loosens your grip, allows you to fall, it let’s you see that there is nothing except this feeling which is a version of what the great Light feels. It too was once lonely, and it speaks through the very light of awakening in as unobtrusive way as it possibly can. It wants to be with us if we can let it in. Its like how the Egyptian god weighed hearts using the feather as the measure. It isnt that you are damned if you have a heavy heart; you just cant feel or be aware of heaven without that lightness of being. Which of course begs and answers the question all at once that heaven is a state of mind and not a silly tale about a gated community somewhere.

The earthly self is one rung on this ladder into heaven. The Higher self is the second rung. From there, ever higher rungs lead us back into our ancestry, our origins, back to a less complicated way of being, and back to something we call God (note to self: no description can ever describe it).

It gets better. You get to be whoever, but perhaps more importantly however you want…. just as long as it’s your highest. Anything else will always be hard. What is easy is the flow. I know; Westerners look at flow and think “lazy ” but this is in truth learning to partner with physical reality to bring about the manifestation of important events that reveal a hitherto unknown quality for consciousness to join with the physical universe to make small and big miracles happen.

Whoah! That was fricken incomprehensible!

How about this: we are suddenly magical and can make miracles happen when its needed. It’s just co-creation and it has everything to do with how you feel and how your mind has been unleashed. Yes, it gets easier. It takes dedication and a lot of self honesty. This is turning the light back on yourself. What do you see? Yeah, shadow work.

It is lonely. It’s lonely realizing how everyone is caught up in a world that has very little to do with what is here on this planet, or that matters. Sure, you can get people to care so long as you tie it to a 5k Run for charity or you can create a slick meme you post on social media so it gets gobbled up and digested for a few moments. You wonder how anyone wakes up at all.

Can you see how our desire has been eating our planet alive? Car trips spewing carbon just so we can satisfy our desire to see someone we love,or to go to jobs, to do all the things we say and see as important. Plane trips to visit coral reefs in decline. An addiction to plastic that makes eating our Little Debbies so much more convenient but also gets into our rivers and lakes as microplastic, disrupting the guts of fish and their endocrine systems. Yeah. Big buzz kill, right?

The shape of our desire has forced us to live easy but it comes with a price. Again, buzz kill, but it’s true. People who want things so they can feel a certain way….cars, houses, and relationships. We marry so we won’t be alone. We have children because we don’t want to die alone. We buy nice things sometimes to scare away a deeper sense of poverty or fear that we aren’t good enough. Once in a great while we get really honest about what is motivating us, but we usually want what we want. We will take dying rainforests and bleaching coral reefs just to get those Little Debbies and lifestyles born of a desire that is killing our world. And there you sit, on your own, watching this giant pooping machine of hunger turn and move. You are, afterall, a part of it, too, but maybe a little more aware of what’s going on because a channel was opened in you that let you feel the connection everything has with everything else as you can’t help but feel a sacredness about it which leads to grace. But it still won’t change unless we are it’s harbinger, it’s mover, it’s shaker, it’s champion. The loneliness might also come from knowing that the life of desire, the shape of desire as we know it now on average, is coming to an end as it pertains to what we think will make us happy…

Nothing, though, brings as much exquisite….feeling…than the energy in awakening, simply resting in the heart of the divine. And that too is a challenge because it washes away desire for the things of this world. Is it any wonder we demonized it back in the garden by calling it a deceiver who brings knowledge? But still, I challenge you to find anything as incredible as the light which confers a standing wave of orgasmic ecstasy pulsing through every level of body, mind, heart, and soul for days-months-at a time.

It does get better, but it’s a new world. Maybe we need this so badly that it’s coming the way it is…to people nearly unbidden and woefully unprepared. It’s a new orientation, a new world, if we can take it.

Namasté ❤

It’s a curious fact that I haven’t stayed in this one place the whole of my life. I do seem to move through what we call time, but time as we think of it isn’t the whole story.

I have broken with the rules laid down by physics and travelled away from this time into the future, the past, and it’s all been quite easy. In fact, I began doing this as a little boy. I didn’t know how I did it, except that it took place effortlessly. I didn’t even think about it something about it suited me. The reason why I am telling this unusual story is because I know that it’s in everyone, and I hope that my words can serve as a reminder.

I often think that I’ve been doing it for a very long time…lifetimes, even. For whatever reason, I seem to have chosen to be this way, to be less glued to the spot. It isnt that I dont know how to “be here now” but rather, no matter where you go—there you are. It comes with its drawbacks, which is that it comes with a mind that knows how to wander within itself.

You might not know this, but this is the first requisite for time travel. It sure has been hard, though, because everyone sees me as spacy. So glued, so nailed down to one line of thought, people react funny to a wanderer like me. But just like John Muir once said, “All who wander are not lost. It’s very was to assume that you know how another person feels or experiences by judging based on your own exprience. Far from spacy, I find my wandering to be like a wonder-filled landscape filled with emanations of spirit, like feeling the pulse of the multiverse. In fact, my thoughts are really quite pristine, it’s just that they aren’t thoughts like many tend to think of them. And really, I don’t think it’s much use explaining what this even means when there’s no common language between us. I do wish you could experience it. Otherwise if I described it, you might think I’m crazy, weird, or just….spacy. Perspective is everything I suppose. That, or maybe just experience.

I do know that in a past life the self I was peered into a future life, which is my life today. Jus as I looked forward from the past, I was peering from the future into the past. Based on my research into that life, this took place just before my lifetime as a freed slave after Emancipation. This put me in the earlier part of the 1800’s.

It wasn’t a long life. I was shot with a round lead bullet while trying to steal the horses belonging to white army officers. It was like being hit with a hammer. It didn’t go into my heart, but into my left side. I died from fever days after. I was Native American.

I had a vision in that life when I went into the mountains to pray about the atom bomb that was going off that was the result of contacts with Whites. It was a hard time. Worried, I went into the mountains to pray. Instead of great insight, I was pretty much told by a Thunder Being in the vision that it was “game over” for my people. The being went on to tell me about a day in the future when I would be reborn as a new person, this time White, at a time when the earth would be sick and be in need of “cleansing.” For a period of a week I had several “warps” in time where I saw his life events and he apparently saw mine. The curious thing about all of this was that instead of this being a memory, it was more a visitation, a trading of places. What I realize was that this was all negotiated or mediated by my higher self. A doorway opened up that Saturday evening that I could feel. Like Neo noticing the mirror in the room, I was about to tumble down the rabbit hole. It’s funny because I think my higher self is in many ways just as mobile as many of my past lives have been. Probably moreso. Most certainly so.

Because these memories are so vivid and detailed, I have been able to identify the time, sometimes the people if they were well enough known in our history. I had heard the language of the culture and I was able to track them down…in a sense. I was able to find that the culture was from California and had been displaced, absorbed into the Paiute tribe where most that was known about the language was lost.

This begs the question how I was able to find the culture based on a language that was dead? In a tribal meeting I was told that I should remember who I was. The old man pointed to my chest, emphasizing a word that turned out to be the name of the people. The name was what had survived, and for the purposes of finding the culture, my higher self knew that this conversation would serve as lock and key to understanding the historical importance of this memory.

I went on to research the archives of the Army stationed near Yosemite where I once lived. I found a description of a raid on the fort where a small group of natives rode out into the open in a brazen attempt to steal horses. Two were shot of the five or so men with everyone getting away. This was precisely the scenario I remembered during the week where the door to the past opened to me. In fact, as I lay dying from a septic wound, I came down with one of the worst fevers in my life in the present day. As my past self faded away, my future self was left to recover to continue in a new life.

In some lives, I tend to travel while in the dream state. This is the most ideal way that it happens. I can shut down normal focus and wander weeks, months, even years from my current point in time. All of this is perfect because when you use dreaming as the springboard, there are no immutable laws of physics getting broken, not when consciousness doesn’t have mass. Free of mass, you are free to travel. The lure of physical time travel appears to require bending the rules of physics, a hitherto misunderstood aspect of our universe…..an error in the equations.

I am the first to admit that I haven’t the slightest clue how I manage it, except to say I think it’s a deep interest of mine. That, and the secret that we exist in many realities beyond time. This is just one level. The others, we often dream about them and don’t even realize it at the time. We often dress these dreams up in the focus of our own current focus so the differences are less noticeable. The wandering part of me knows that time as we know it lies curled up inside of a massive expanding present in which all kinds of times exist….Time that moves to count or measure events happening at the nano-scale, times that run backwards, times that run sideways, and time that radiates in all directions.

You see, we can all do this, this coming unstuck in time. Not quite like a Vonnegut novel, but every bit as interesting and even entertaining. To do it requires being willing to wander within consciousness because it is consciousness that carries all of the keys. As a result, to achieve it, you learn how to accelerate your consciousness by opening up to inner streams of energy which we all have access to. Most people have a hard time conceiving of this as a thing because its secret is in feeling. And who trusts their feelings? It means going just a little farther than you normally go. It requires being open to the idea that it’s possible. Without that, you have no way to build those portals or bridges through time. If you don’t believe it’s possible, it isn’t.

In the last few years of my awakening I have been finding that I’m using travel in time to have an effect on my past. I know this is supposed to be a no-no, but I see no reason that it should be. If we have managed to travel back in time, as long as we are in the future relative to the time of travel, it’s still an event focused in the past even if you have yet to travel back in time (maybe this takes place a week from today). Still. I know how it all sounds. Sounds crazy. I know. That’s why only by going through it yourself can you know what I’m talking about.

Of all the traveling the most amazing journey was when I visited myself when I was 17. That was a long time ago, but it resulted in a change in my own timeline. By going backwards, I was able to talk to myself. This took place in the dream state. I made an impression on myself it seems because the next day things felt very different. It also felt very interesting meeting myself from the past. Seeing your double and talking to him is….well, it’s trippy is all I can say. It’s also unifying in an unexpected way. That was a plus. The weird thing was how I had forgotten the dream when I was younger. It took my going back from 2015 to jar my memory to remember how I had had the dream. At the time I was not sure that the me from today could ever be my 17 year old self’s double from the future. The older me just didn’t look like the me thirty years ago. The dream impressed me, but I forgot it because I looked so different from how I would have guessed. I looked like a total kook, wide-eyed and breathless. I looked that way because in the present I was lucid and was trying to think of something useful to tell myself at age 17. Should I tell him about the future? I had managed to travel back, was lucid, and was facing myself. In the end my message was the importance of love. Everything else was just details.

I think we can change our lives for the better by traveling like this. I don’t buy that I’m breaking any rules by doing it. It just seems….normal to me now. If you use it to improve, those changes will ripple down through time, reinforcing a new pattern in your present. I don’t use it for lottery numbers or betting on the market. Most often, I don’t need to. I tend to know how an investment will play out. I did this with my home and I’m about to do it with what is about to become a new form of currency. Sometimes I am off a little, but I find my way. I could feel how money is going to change in a very big way and thought that buying silver was the thing. I realized that the big banks are going to continue making silver artificially cheap by shorting silver in the markets. That’s why this new form of currency will be so huge…at least for a while.

This is what I would call “anticipatory foresight.” It’s general, but it’s anticipating events that are upcoming. The strongest events are the ones that will flow into our time and particular reality. It’s like….intuition.

I’m telling you this because I know everyone can do this, and just knowing it’s a thing is enough to trigger it’s happening all in your own. Like I said; it’s easy even if I don’t know how it’s done.

My time travel is through my projecting myself there. I’m not sending my physical self there. I go on the light….which has no mass, remember?

This is just the tip of the time traveling iceberg, though. I grew up seeing deaths, births, and world events before they happened. I saw Waco weeks before we ever would have imagined it would end in slaughter. I saw the explosion over Chernobyl which sent a radioactive plume into the atmosphere, which rained down as snow in Eastern Europe. I saw people being evacuated by railcar and that the numbers exceeded 65,000 people (100,000 was the total amount). I have seen tsunamis in Indonesia, and an earthquake in Mexico. All had enough details that enabled me to corroborate what I had seen with events in the near future.

I know that skeptics will say its coincidence, that if you wait long enough you will eventually get events close to a dream. In my case, my dreams of the future are about 3-6 weeks ahead, so the possibility of matching a dream to an event becomes increasingly unlikely. I’m not waiting years to get the dream to fit. It’s mere weeks in most cases.

Before I go I can tell you that we will develop antigravity for use in cars. This will come about through a control mechanism that keeps cars just a few feet off the ground. We won’t be allowed to lift off into space, but this will be the implication of the technology. I can also tell you that we have this technology now and that in order for it to enter the civilian sector we will need to bring pressure to bear on our government to release it because it’s being hidden right now.

I can also tell you that we will survive this difficult time in our present to develop technology that will enable us to take a quantum leap beyond our place on earth.

I think people see time travel as breaking the rules somehow…but really it isn’t. It can be used to improve your life. I’m writing this in case it rings bells for another out there who might wonder if they are travelers, too…
