Waking The Infinite 
Jane Roberts is a true pioneer. Read her “Seth Speaks” when it first came out.
Seth was the only stuff I ever read with any consistency. I grew up with this inner voice that said for me to join no religion or school of thought, an odd thing I must admit to have as a kid growing up, but it became clearer to me why once awakening came for me. That voice never said not to read the Seth material, though, which was good because I needed something to direct me. I think the admonition was to not become invested in a belief. As Seth said, “Be careful of the gods ypu choose, for you will reinforce each other.” I felt like it was okay because Seth always left the ball in the reader’s court.
I just became a member of a fb group on Seth…days ago actually. I saw an excerpt from a private session, books I hadn’t read back in the day. It was so interesting, because there was this back and forth between Seth and Rob that was different from dictation. It reminded me that maybe it is time to order the book on their private sessions.
What is the name of the FB group? I’d like to check it out. Sounds very interesting. I read one of Jane’s last book before she died. I didn’t know she struggled with doubt. Her and Rob were an amazing couple.

Yeah! In fact, the excerpt posted was so personal, and accessible in a way that is different than a dictation session. It was such an interesting exchange that took place.
I can remember thinking how when I read in Rob’s notes how they often had private sessions that I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall. Well, Rob published them.

Thanks, Parker for the link to Seth International. I sure wish I had been a fly on the wall too. I will definitely order the book on Private Sessions! I truly felt like I knew Jane. That I was there in the room when the sessions came through. I was 19 years old and lived not too far away. I called the home number to say Hi, and Jane answered not knowing who is calling, sounded a tad bit upset with a high shrieky voice so I mumbled I liked her book and hung up….so….thanks again for the link.

Oh Lordy! That’s a riot!
I used to have dreams about them. Not a lot, but each one had material in it that pointed to something being up. I once dreamed of watching a session and I saw the book they were doing dictation on had a sun on the cover. I later saw “Unknown Reality” in the bookstore and it had a big orange globe on the front. In a later dream, after Jane had died, I dreamed of seeing Rob in this room, like a room where books might get signed. Books were all over the table. All of the covers were completely different. Rob was with a different publisher…all the books had been reworked in terms of their cover art. More New Agey. Later, I learned that Rob HAD gotten ALL of the Seth books taken up by a different publisher and their cover art was all redone. It made my ear prick up a bit. I guess I was tuned in. Many years later, I would drive by their town on my way to Corning for a workshop there in glass in the late 90’s.
They also have the recorded sessions available. Rick Stack (I think), who was a student of theirs in their ESP class recorded all of those sessions as I recall, and along with those he was given rights to publish (I think that is right). He also went on to set up classes or seminars on the Seth material with folks from the class as speakers. Maybe what he did was separate from the Seth Center….I used to get their mailings. The audio is a bit much because of Seth’s accent and delivery, but I guess it is like anything that you get used to. There is one session that was videotaped. One. There is an interview with Jane and Rob first, and then an ESP class session, which begins at the 59:00 mark….if you haven’t come across it already.
I never thought I’d SEE Jane channel Seth. I didn’t know there was a one and only Seth Video out there. I’m in awe over the video. I think I heard Seth talk about Ascension. That the inner self is already ascended. Something like that. It’s interesting how the Inner Self has become the Higher Self or Higher Power in the New Age that really came after Seth. The Inner Self seems to be much more viable. This video is a feast for the Soul. Thank you.
My quoting Seth came about because I saw very similar things that you mention, very recently. Im going back to the work on Christ and how they circulated documents that didn’t have all of the goods. Im interested because of the implications behind the discovery of books that were hidden from that time that may well represent the core knowledge about awakening. Ive been researching this for a book, which I am dreading doing, but once I have things in hand I am going to give it a go. So all of this material plus Christ drama has unexpectedly interested me all these years later. Yadda yadda yadda! Glad you could see it!
Please keep me posted because I feel that you will be doing this pretty soon, writing the book….wow, how exciting. I think you’ll get to the point where it will just write itself.
