You might want to delve into tantra, and not necessarily sexual tantra, either. The roots of tantra appear to be about finding and cultivating bliss, a field of experience that isn’t reliant on sexual experience. Tantra has resultingly “split” or specialized into white, red, and black. White tantra is solitary and the tantra as practiced by Tibetan monks, for example, is a solitary cultivation of spiritual bliss.
In my opinion, when you understand the solitary form, you can move forward on working with a partner in what is often called sacred union and heiros gamos (although in the latter it could be argued that too is solitary as it suggests balancing the yin/yang forces within).
The problem with a lot of tantra with a partner is almost always limited in scope. If you can get it alone, you can learn how to be instructed by the energy and push forward that way. It helos to look at some soyrces, but don’t consider them the be-all kind of source because doing this can limit your own development by not listening to your own inner wisdom and guidance.
Take a look at the page at the top of the blog that is the Women’s Resource Page. That page has a number of books about empowering yourself as a female. Some include female sexual power, too. Good luck!

Real time story of a man who get awakening during online discussion while doing tantric practices at his home. It’s a wonderful and eye opener book.
